This prevention and treatment of opioid dependency and co-occurring disorders assignment is intended to give you some real-life experience in exploring resources for the prevention and treatment of opioid dependency and co-occurring disorders. The resources are designed to give exposure to the barriers involved in the recovery process from addiction. You will then have the opportunity to design an integrated model of care based on the information you gain.
