Although this personality type is largely abrasive, there are perks to have managers with this frame of mind (More, Vito, and Walsh, 2012). These individuals often accomplish their goals and ambitions, so organizations ran by these leaders succeed regularly (More, Vito, and Walsh, 2012). Subordinates who can endure the assertiveness of these managers will be a part of the success of the organization. Meanwhile, those who are consumed by the culture will dread their positions.
