Modes of Internationalization: Primary Post

The modes of internationalization (aka “modes of entry”) include importing/exporting, licensing, franchising, greenfield ventures, and acquisitions.

Select two of these modes of entry and for each one you’ve chosen, find a company that has expanded globally using this strategy (that’s a total of two different companies). Provide specific examples of how these companies have used these modes of entry.
